Alice C. Redmond, age 77, N10604 Moodig Road, Tomahawk, passed away November 19, 2009 at Golden Living Center - Golden Age in Tomahawk.
Alice was born October 12, 1932 in Tomahawk, the daughter of James and Elizabeth (Singer) Redmond. She was a graduate of Tomahawk High School and UW - Stevens Point. Alice began her teaching career at Spirit Falls. She later taught at the Fulsher and Washington Schools and after 42 years of teaching, finished her career at Tomahawk High School. She was a member of many teacher associations, and was active with the 4-H horse projects. She was a member of the Tomahawk Historical Society and St. Mary Catholic Church in Tomahawk.

Alice is further survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, 2 infant sisters, 1 brother, and 1 infant brother.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Alice Redmond will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Tomahawk. Fr. John Anderson will officiate. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m., with a Vigil Service to begin at 7:30 p.m. at Krueger Family Funeral Home in Tomahawk. Visitation will continue on Wednesday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of Mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Tomahawk.
