Althea Katherine Tiffany

Althea Katherine Tiffany, 83, of Tomahawk, WI passed away Thursday, March 20, 2025 at Milestone Senior Living surrounded by her loved ones. Althea was born October 2, 1941 in Marathon, the daughter of George and Mildred (Mueller) Derleth. She was united in marriage to Delmar Schroeder and he preceded her in death, then married Ervin Tiffany on June 22, 1985.

She loved four wheeling, giving hayrides, painting, creating homemade embroidered cards for loved ones, traveling, nature, and feeding the deer and most of all her family. She also loved shooting pool and was proud to be a Rio Grand valley champion while spending time in Texas.

Althea is survived by her husband of 39 years, Ervin; daughters, Karen (Robert) Oestreich, Merrill; Sandra Schroeder (Greg Adrian) Blanchardville; ; sons, Daniel (Lotus) Schroeder, Evansville, Indiana; sisters, Jeanne (Art) Osero, Tomahawk; Eileen (Roger) Hinz, Tomahawk; brothers, Evan (Terry) Derleth, Tomahawk; George (Lynn) Derleth, Tomahawk; sisters, Mary (Greg) Rogers, Fitchburg; Sally (Michael) Schnarr, Madison; step-daughters, Susan Tiffany, Tomahawk; Annette (Joe) Tiffany, Mondovi; Tina (Mark) Leonard, New Berlin; step-son, Roger (Laurie) Tiffany, Mosinee; 19 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Debra DuPlayee; brothers, Lauren Derleth and Gordon Derleth; and a great-great granddaughter.

Memorial Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church, Tomahawk with Pastor Mark Gass officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to time of service.
