Andy Thomas MacMorran 78, passed away March 20, 2025 at the Seasons for Life Hospice House in Woodruff, Wisconsin. He was born February 17, 1947 in Evanston, Illinois the son of Andrew Donald (Don) MacMorran and Jane (Torkilson) MacMorran. He was united in marriage on May 9, 1987 to Nancy J. Schoone. He was proceeded in death by his parents, his wife and a granddaughter.

He is survived by his sons Anthony (Vilia) Turgeon, Kenosha, Wisconsin, Mark (Amy) Turgeon, Buckley, Washington, Jeffrey (Diana) Turgeon, North Pole, Alaska and a daughter Kimberley Hoholek, Janesville, Wisconsin. Additionally, he is survived by a brother James (Mary) MacMorran, Buffalo Grove, Illinois, 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Andy was a 1965 graduate of University High School, Bloomington, Indiana and the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. Upon graduation, he worked for the federal government in the Rhinelander area before working as the Lincoln County Zoning Administrator. After retiring from the county, he worked for Lamar Sign Company, Marshfield, Wisconsin. Upon his official retirement he and Nancy enjoyed traveling around the country, visiting all 50 states and many providences of Canada. They also enjoyed visiting the National Parks across the country.

At his request there will be no funeral services.

In lieu of flowers donations in his name can be made to the Seasons of Life (Hospice House), Aspirus Health, Woodruff, Wisconsin.
