Anita Gaedtke-Haring, age 81, Tomahawk, passed away July 7, 2009 at Golden Living Center - Golden Age in Tomahawk.
Anita was born February 11, 1928 in Tomahawk, the daughter of Rudolph and Martha (Raatz) Naschke. She married Hugh Gaedtke on October 11, 1947 in Rhinelander; he passed away in 1996. She later married Victor Haring; he passed away in 2004. Anita formerly waitressed many years for several restaurants in the Northwoods. She was also formerly employed with Georgia-Pacific/Tomahawk Tissue, and Nick & Sons Casket Factory. Anita enjoyed traveling, and attending the sporting and extra- curricular activities of her grandchildren. She was a member of Northland Bible Church in Tomahawk.

Anita is further survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by an infant son - Craig, and half-sister - Elsie.
Funeral Services for Anita Gaedtke will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 10, 2009 from Northland Bible Church in Tomahawk. Pastor Alex Lindsay will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 9th from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Krueger & Sons Funeral Home and again on Friday at the church from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of services at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Prairie Rapids Cemetery in the Town of Nokomis.
