Anna Mae Pintens, age 90, lifelong resident of Harrison, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2015 at her home under the care of her loving children and supported by Ministry Home Hospice. Anna Mae was born on September 5, 1924 in Harrison to Peter and Annette (Schouten) Zuiker. She was united in marriage to Francis "Frank" Pintens on June 28, 1947 also in Harrison. Anna Mae lovingly raised 13 children and taught each and every one of them how to pray and trust in God. She enjoyed flower gardening, watching birds, music, singing, jigsaw puzzles, and picking berries. She especially enjoyed seeing her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Anna Mae never complained and was a very kind and compassionate person without ever being judgmental. She was a lifelong member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Harrison. Surviving are her 13 children. 7 Daughters, Mary (Larry) Ferg Appleton Patricia Pintens Harrison Lois (Larry) Copiskey Tomahawk Annette (Bill) Cook Hudson, WI Paula (Pat) Flynn Tomahawk Kaye (Dan) Connor Merrill Elaine (Eric) Grotbeck Plymouth, MN 6 Sons, Francis (Randon) Pintens Orono, MN Joseph (Andrea) Pintens West Bend, WI Norbert (Nancy) Pintens Rice Lake Peter (Ann) Pintens Tomahawk John (Cindy) Pintens Merrill Tony (Aimee) Pintens Barron, WI Anna Mae is further survived by 36 Grandchildren, 25 Great Grandchildren, and a Brother, Simon "Sam" (Carol) Zuiker of Minneapolis. She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband, infant daughter, Roberta, grandson, Peter, 5 sisters, and 3 brothers. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, August 24, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Augustine Catholic Church in Harrison. Fr. Louis Maram Reddy will officiate. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Krueger Family Funeral Home Sunday evening from 4 until 7 p.m. A parish vigil service will conclude the evening at 7:00 p.m. The visitation will continue Monday morning from 10 am until the time of mass at 11:00 at St. Augustine in Harrison.
