Ben Hoganson, age 89, Tomahawk, passed away December 6, 2012 at Golden Living Center - Golden Age in Tomahawk.
Ben was born July 5, 1923 in Greenwood, the son of Louis and Ella (Gonshorek) Hoganson. He married Ann Menebroeker on March 16, 1946 in Wausau; she passed away February 5, 2012. Ben was employed as a plant foreman with 3M in Wausau for 40 years, retiring in 1982. He and Ann lived in Wausau until 1988, when they retired to Tomahawk. He was a former member of Pilgrim Lutheran Church in Wausau, and a current member of Grace Lutheran Church in Tomahawk. Ben enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, polka music, and country/western music. He was a jack-of-all-trades and could fix anything.

Funeral Services for Ben Hoganson will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 9, 2012 at Grace Lutheran Church in Tomahawk. Rev. Mark Ziemer will officiate. The family will receive friends at the church on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until the hour of services at 4:00 p.m. Entombment will be on Monday, December 10th at 10:00 a.m. at Restlawn Memorial Park in Wausau.
