Billy Paulson

William “Billy” Paulson, age 67, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 3rd, 2019

Billy was born on May 6, 1951 in Tomahawk to Roger and Ila Mae (Doucette) Paulson.  He was a 1969 graduate of Tomahawk High School and graduated from UWSP with 2 bachelor of science degrees.

He was an extremely accomplished commercial photographer for many businesses including – Sentry Insurance – Marshfield Clinic – Madison Gas and Electric & Copps foods.

Some of his proudest accomplishments were building and flying his airplane and climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro.  He was a former member and president of the Kwahamot water ski show.  

Billy is survived by his mother, Ila Mae Paulson of Tomahawk;  One brother – Ed (Holly) Paulson of Florida;  Three sisters – Nancy (Joe Cordova) Teal – Diane (James “Meathead”)  Timm - 

Bonnie (Joe) Trapp, all of Tomahawk.  He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, and his dear cat – Mia.  He is preceded in death by his father – Roger Paulson

The mass of Christian Burial for Billy Paulson will take place at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at St. Mary Catholic Church.  Visitation will take place on Friday evening, January 11, at the Krueger Family Funeral Home from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.  Visitation will continue at the church on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until the Mass at 11:00 A.M.  Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery in the spring.
