Bonnielee Pope

Bonnielee Pope, 75, passed away January 16, 2019.

Bonnielee was born April 16,1943, in Tomahawk, WI, and raised her family in Butternut.  She worked for many years in Mellen, where she later met and married Gale Pope.  She spent her retirement years at their home in Mellen, where she enjoyed gardening, spending time with her family & friends, and exploring the national forest that surrounds their cabin home.

She is remembered with love by her children, Steve (Susan) Chapman and Michele (Tim) O'Neill, sister Peggyann (Bo) Richardson, grandchildren Anna, Emma, Grace, Lydia, Quinlan, Ryan and Katie Mae.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gale Pope, son Scott Chapman, parents Roy and Madelyn Larson, brothers Jim and Larry Larson.

Her Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 22, at 1:00pm at the Krueger Family Funeral Home in Tomahawk, WI.  Visitation is from 11:00am until the time of service at 1:00pm.  We will then bury her ashes at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Tomahawk.

Memorial donations in the name of Bonnielee Pope may be made to the Salvation Army, her favorite charity.
