Bruce E. Barker

Bruce was born March 9, 1956, to Web and Marion Barker in Ashland, WI. He graduated from Ashland High School. Bruce was very active in baseball, an excellent pitcher, water skiing, snow skiing (even on one ski), fishing, gardening, observing nature, watching sports, and playing billiards – like a pro.

Bruce worked a variety of jobs, in WI, WA, TX, and he was a Certified Diesel Truck Driver.

Bruce’s first marriage had two children, Paul, and Erika. Later Bruce married Bj Yanich-Barker – moved to TX and they returned to WI in 2005. Bruce loved going on his “critter rides” and capturing all of nature with his camera.

Bruce is survived by his wife Bj, children – Chad (Kelly) Yanich – daughter Alexis-GA, Paige (Eric) Maus – sons- Chance Kilburn-WI, Clay Maus & Philip Maus-TX, Paul (Jess) Barker- daughters Elizabeth, Marion, Kelly- AZ, Erika (daughter) (Josh) Gordon- son Kenyon, WI. Brother Lance (Patty) Barker, Nieces: Nichole (Rylee) Smith – daughter Maddee, Son- Kohen-KS, Katie (Andrew) Luscz- St. Thomas, VI. Many other cousins and family members. In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus.
