Carol Wolhaupt, age 79, 625 Charles Ave., Tomahawk, passed away May 28, 2009 at Golden Living Center - Riverview in Tomahawk.
Carol was born October 22, 1929, the daughter of Ervin and Lydia (Meno) Kind. She was a life-long resident of Tomahawk, and a 1947 graduate of Tomahawk High School. She married Jack Wolhaupt on August 26, 1950 in Tomahawk. In her younger years, Carol worked as a beautician in Tomahawk. She was a former Cub Scout Den Leader and a member of Grace Lutheran Church. Carol volunteered for many years cutting and styling hair for the residents of our local nursing homes. She enjoyed sewing and knitting.

Carol is further survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service for Carol Wolhaupt will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, June 13, 2009 from Grace Lutheran Church in Tomahawk. Rev. Mark Ziemer will officiate. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday the 13th from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service at noon.
