Carolyn R. Stark

Carolyn Ruth Stark, age 89 of Manitowish Waters, WI died on Friday, September 16th at Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff, WI. Carolyn was born on January 22, 1927 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Henry and Marie (nee Zasidal) Seavey. Ruth graduated from Riverside Brookfield High School in 1945 and married Eric Stark on December 16, 1950. She worked for Unocal/Chevron in Human Resources as a benefit specialist for many years. Carolyn volunteered at the Kohler Memorial Library in Manitowish Waters and loved gardening, cross country skiing, hiking and cooking.

She is survived by her 2 Sons: Kevin (Beth) Stark and Gary (Amy) Stark and by 4 Grandchildren: Connor, Henry, Alyssa and Hayley Stark. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Eric on November 21, 2015 and by her Sister, Dorothy Stark in 2006 and parents, Henry and Marie Seavey.

Upon her wishes, cremation took place and a memorial service will be held at Cemetery of the Pines in Boulder Junction at a future date.
