Christian "Red" H. Wehrwein

Christian Herman “Red” Wehrwein, age 76 of Manitowish Waters, WI and formerly of Clinton, WI died Sunday, June 24th after a long courageous battle with cancer. He was born on February 26, 1936 in Sharon, WI the son of Karl and Sophia (nee Altergott) Wehrwein Sr. Red served in the US Army and was a journeyman mechanic with Liberty Trucking Company. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Red is survived by his very loving and caring wife of 52 years, Vivian “Tootie” Wehrwein of Manitowish Waters, WI and 2 Daughters: Kristi Wehrwein of Woodruff, WI and Lisa (Michael) Wicken of Lino Lakes, MN and by 2 Brothers: Carl Jr. of Janesville, WI and Richard (Doris) and Sister, Dorothy (Bob) Wiedmer of Janesville, WI and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
