CLYDE OLSON
Clyde Olson, 52, Watertown, Wisconsin, died on Sunday, August 31, 2014. He worked as an automotive refinisher in Waukesha for over 30 years, primarily in a body shop operated by his father. In his free time Clyde had many passions, he hunted in Africa, Canada, Colorado, North Dakota, and Wyoming, he enjoyed fishing, competing in many tournaments with his brother, Chad. He spent a lot of time as a fishing and hunting mentor for his nephew, Connor. He was an avid motorcyclist, and built bikes on his own. In later life he achieved a dream of becoming a taxidermist by going back to school, and once he completed his training created many amazing mounts.
He is survived by his parents, Bryan and Patty (Lee) Olson, Phillips; by one brother, Chad (Melane), Oconomowoc, WI; by his maternal grandmother, Pearl Olson, Medford, WI; by two nieces, Samantha (Adam) and Caley (Travis); and by one nephew, Connor
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 20, at the Heindl Funeral Home in Prentice with Pastor Jody Becker of Bethany Lutheran Church of Catawba officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday, Sept. 20, from 9:30 A.M. until the time of services.
