Dana L. Theiler

Dana L. Theiler, age 51, of 615 Theiler Drive, Tomahawk, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2016 at her home following a courageous battle with cancer. Dana was born on May 5, 1965 in Tomahawk to Theodore and Rosalie (Hinz) Swan. She married Lee A. Theiler on September 5, 1987 also in Tomahawk. She had been an insurance agent for many years, most recently with the Cordova Agency in Merrill. Dana was a longtime member of the Knight Owls Snowmobile Club, The Wisconsin Woodlands Owners, and the North American Bear Center. She had a passion for deer and bear hunting. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. Survivors include her Husband, Lee Theiler; son, Nathan Theiler; Mom, Rosie Swan; 3 Sisters, Debbie (Vance) Kapalczynski, of Oregon, WI, Dottie (Kerry) Preston, of Abeline, Texas & Rachael (Randy) White, of Tomahawk. Dana is further survived by her Theiler family; Art and Barb Theiler, Chuck Theiler, Dave and Karen Buck & Jill Johnson. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered for Dana Theiler at 11:00AM on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at St. Mary Catholic Church, in Tomahawk. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, June 22, at the Krueger Family Funeral Home from 4:00PM until 7:00PM. Wednesday evening will end with a vigil service at 7:00PM. Visitation will continue at the church on Thursday from 10:00AM until the time of Mass at 11:00AM. The Krueger Family Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
