Dennis J. Wick

Dennis Joseph Wick, age 69 of Minocqua, WI passed away on Thursday, August 27th at Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff, WI.
Dennis was born on September 2, 1950 in Milwaukee, WI the son of Alphonse and Theresa (nee Umhoefer) Wick. Dennis attended and graduated from Waukesha County Technical College and owned and operated Financial Equipment in Germantown, WI
He was a member of the Boone Club of Hubertus, WI and was a Hunter Safety Instructor. Dennis enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, boating, scuba diving, riding his Harley, was also a Pilot and Taxidermist.
He is survived by his wife Laureen Wick and by his children Joshua Wick and Heather Plaskey and step sons Brandon Scarboro and Eric Scarboro and by grandchildren Amber Bendoraitis-Wick, Dylan Rydz, Katlyn Plaskey, Parker Scarboro, Jadyn Scarboro, Elliana Scarboro, Max Scarboro, Easton Scarboro and Callahan Scarboro and further survived by his siblings James Wick, Marianne Look, Helene Phelps and Theresa Peterson and his beloved pets Kylie and Boomer.
Dennis was preceded in death by his first wife, Brenda (nee Wilson) Wick, his brother Ronald Wick and by his parents and his dog Bear.
A private Celebration of Life for Dennis will be held on Tuesday, September 1st at Lanny’s Fireside in Conover, Wisconsin.
