Dennis Lee Wieck

April 26, 1949 — June 25, 2022

Dennis L. Wieck (Ski) passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 25th. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Den was born on April 26th, 1949 in Wausau, Wisconsin.
Dennis is survived by his wife Kathleen (Vuchetich). Dennis and Kathleen were together over 50 years, and they enjoyed traveling, fishing, sporting events and music concerts.
Dennis was preceded in passing by parents, Raymond and Delores Wojciechowski of Wittenberg. He has two brothers, James (wife Julie) and Peter (wife Susan). He was so fortunate to have Jill (Josh) and Jon (wife Morgan) as his niece and nephew with a very adorable grandnephew, Cade.
Dennis was adored by Kathleen’s family - the Austin and Alice Koeppel Gang – Darlene, John (wife Norene), Albert (sadly now deceased) (wife Mary), Gregory (wife Sue) Anthony (wife Brenda), and Peter (wife Holly). He was welcomed and cherished by the Koeppel family as son, brother, Uncle Ski and great uncle. He was delighted and devoted to his far-flung nieces and nephews along with the next generation.
Dennis attended DePaul University in Chicago and earned his MBA. He enjoyed his retirement at their home in Minocqua. The Northwoods had been their vacation get away for many years.
Cremation took place and private family funeral mass was held at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Lac du Flambeau, WI.
