Devon M. Sweeney

Devon Matthew Sweeney “Super D”, Born June 28, 2007 in Hartford, Wisconsin added Angel Wings to his Super Hero Cape on Saturday, January 12, 2019.
Devon was a hero to all he touched in his life. He lived with many medical challenges through which he persevered and accomplished more than expected like talking, walking, reading, riding a bike, swimming and happiest going to school.
Devon is survived by his Mother: Amanda (Schultz) Sweeney, his brother Sean Sweeney, Sister Skylar Cook (Earl Cook), his dog Bailey and Taco the bird.
He is further survived by his Great Grandmothers: Effie (Thornberry) Schultz, Jackie (DaRonco) Wilfer;
Grandparents: John and Sandy (Wilfer) Schultz, his Uncle: Andrew “A.J.” (Abby)Schultz and further survived by many other family, friends, and supporters.

Devon was preceded in death by his Great Grandpa Clarence P. Schultz and “PaPa” Gene E. Wilfer.

Funeral Services for Devon will be held on Wednesday, January 16th at Nimsgern Funeral Home Chapel at 1025 Margaret Street, Woodruff, WI with visitation from 4:00 PM till time of service at 5:00 pm with refreshment to follow services. There will also be a Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, January 19th at St. Paul’s Evangelical Church, 799 Saint Paul Drive, Slinger, WI with a visitation starting at 2:00 PM till 4:00 PM at a Prayer service at 4:00 PM follow food and fellowship. Everyone is encouraged to wear D-Team apparel.
