Diane Beaumont, age 76, of W6387 Cherokee Trail, Tomahawk..passed away Friday July 3rd, at the Wausau Aspirus Hospital. She was born May 20, 1933 in Milwaukee to the late Ray and Priscilla Warner and was married to Ronald E. Beaumont on October 3, 1953 in Milwaukee.
Diane had earned her Associate degree in accounting at the Milwaukee Area Technical College and had served as the city clerk/treasurer for the City of St. Francis until retiring in 1992. She had also been active with the Miss St. Francis Pageant, St. Francis Days Committee, had been named the winner of the St. Francis Citizen Of The Year, served as treasurer of the Northern WI. Decorative Artists Assn; was a member of the Tomahawk Civic Club, St. Mary Catholic Church, and various card clubs in the area. Other interests include gardening, crossword puzzles, fishing, pontooning, and painting.
Survivors include: Husband, Ronald 2 sons- Larry (Penny) Beaumont Littleton, CO Jim (Mara) Beaumont South Milwaukee She is further survived by 4 grandchildren, Michael, Danielle, Samantha, and Lauren.
A Memorial Service for Diane Beaumont will be held at 3:00 Tuesday afternoon at St. Mary Catholic Church in Tomahawk, with the Rev. John Anderson officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 2:00 Tuesday afternoon until the time of services at 3:00.
