DIANE NICHELSON
Daine Marie Nichelson, 71, Phillips, Town of Worcester, died in the Aspirus Pleasant View Nursing Home in Phillips while under the care of Flambeau Home Health and Hospice on Sunday, September 30, 2018. She was born in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, on April 21, 1947, the daughter of Michael and Lucille Bartlein. She was a graduate of the Wauwatosa East High School. She was married to Norman Nichelson on August 28, 1965, in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. She was employed by Marquip and then by Phillips Plastics in Phillips. In her free time she enjoyed reading, watching old movies, especially John Wayne, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by four children, Susan Reese, Phillips, Robert, Phillips, Norman (Steph), Milwaukee, and Bonnie (Mark Sr.) Catchpole, Maysville, West Virginia; by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; and by one sister, Virgina Matt, Milwaukee. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman, on January 12, 1990; and by one sister, Judy Erdmann.
