Donna Simo

Donna Simo, 65, of Prentice, WI passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 24, 2022. She was born to Gerhard and Gertrude (Krueger) Nass on June 18, 1957, in Dodgeville, WI.

She grew up in southeast Wisconsin then moved up to the Northwoods in 1996. She loved animals and spending time with her family. She enjoyed traveling to see her family in southeast Wisconsin. She also liked to cook and bake in her spare time.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, John; children; Jen (Jeff) Sidenbender and John (Lynnette) Simo; grandchildren, Kyle, and Dylan Sidenbender; siblings, Jim (Nancy) Nass, Doris (Brian) Berndt; nieces, Nikki and Amy, and nephews, Jason, and Ryan.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

There will be a Funeral Service at New Hope Baptist Church, N4290 Division St, Kennan, WI 54537, at 12 p.m. on Friday, September 2, 2022. Visitation will start at 11 a.m. until the start of service. Interment will be at the Catawba Cemetery. Heindl-Nimsgern Funeral Home is assisting the family.
