Dorothy Cure

Dorothy E. Cure, age 68, 4437 Lakewood Rd., Harshaw, passed away April 23, 2010 at her home. Dorothy was born November 7, 1941 in Chicago, the daughter of William and Elenor (Kirschbaum) Rice. Dorothy was raised in the Chicago area, and attended Moraine Valley Technical College in Palos Heights, Illinois. She married Wilbur 'Will' Cure on November 6, 1965 in Chicago. Dorothy and Will moved to the Harshaw area in 1983. Dorothy was formerly employed with Eckert Wrecking in Rhinelander as a bookkeeper. She enjoyed photography, gardening, macramé, and was a member of Faith Lutheran Church. Survivors include: Husband Will Cure Harshaw Sister Marie Rizzo Monee, Illinois Many nieces and nephews Funeral Services for Dorothy Cure were held at Faith Lutheran Church on Tuesday, April 27, 2010. Burial was at Union Grove Cemetery in the Town of Cassian.
