Eileen A Conant

Eileen Conant, age 95, formerly of Tomahawk, passed away on June 17, 2019 at Union Grove Veterans Home.

Eileen was born on January 11, 1924 in Tomahawk to William & Ella (Johnson) Bishop. She was married to William Conant on July 30, 1946 in West Allis. After Eileen’s husband passed away in 1970, she moved back to Tomahawk. She worked at the Chevrolet Dealership & at the Tomahawk Leader. In 2013, Eileen moved to the Veteran’s Home. Eileen was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. Before moving to Union Grove, she was an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary an Catholic Women’s Club.

Eileen is survived by her daughter – Cathy (Roger) Lange of Franklin; 1 brother - William Bishop and 1 sister – Rose Marie (Leonard) Kawell. She is further survived by 3 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren. Eileen is preceded in death by her parents, husband

1 sister - Lou Guldan & 2 brothers – Lawrence & Milton Bishop.

A Memorial Mass for Eileen Conant will be held Friday, August 2, 2019 at St. Mary Catholic Church at 12:00 p.m. The family will receive friends at the church Friday morning from 10 AM until the time of Mass at noon.
