Elaine Kleinschmidt

Elaine Kleinschmidt, age 85, N7390 Hwy, 107, Tomahawk, passed away Monday, February 13, 2012 at Ministry Sacred Heart Hospital in Tomahawk. Elaine was born August 24, 1926 in Kendall, Wisconsin, the daughter of George and Minnie (Kleinschmidt) Saxby. She married Roy Kleinschmidt on October 28, 1944 at St, John's Lutheran Church in Hamburg; he died in 2000. She was employed for 15 years with at the Shoe Factory in Merrill, and 20 years at Park View Health Center in Winnebago. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and doing word puzzles. She was a former member of Grace Lutheran Church in Omro, and a current member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Tomahawk. Survivors include: Son Jerry Kleinschmidt Tomahawk Daughter Carol (Jerome) Schulz Neenah Sisters Marge (William) Seeger Cottonwood, Arizona Virginia (Fred) Roum West Allis Ione Lemmer Merrill Brother Norm (Joyce) Saxby Merrill Elaine is further survived by 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son - Richard, daughter in law - Judith, and an infant sister - Leila Jean. Funeral Services for Elaine Kleinschmidt will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday February 16, 2012 at Krueger Family Funeral Home in Tomahawk. Rev. Mark Schoenherr will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of services at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be on Friday at Omro Cemetery in Omro.
