Elaine Miller

Elaine Miller, age 76, Tripoli, passed away Monday, December 3, 2012 at Ministry Sacred Heart Hospital in Tomahawk. Elaine was born May 30, 1936, the daughter of Waino and Impi (Salo) Eskola. She married Lawrence Miller on May 17, 1958 in Phillips; he passed away in 2001. Following graduation from Tripoli High School, she moved to Chicago and lived there briefly. She and Lawrence traveled the state and lived in various cities before moving back and settling in Tripoli in the late 60s. Elaine was employed for many years with Palmquist Farms. She enjoyed gardening, and was a wonderful caretaker for her mother and helped raise three nephews. Survivors include: Nephews Dale (Linda) Jarvi Neenah Dan (Mary Jo) Jarvi Rockford, Illinois Roger Jarvi Tripoli Richard (Lynn) Eskola Tomahawk Robert (Lorna) Eskola Tomahawk Larry (Dawn) Eskola Waunakee Wayne Eskola Brantwood Niece Suzanne Eskola Middleton Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, husband - Larry, two brothers, and two sisters. Funeral Services for Elaine Miller will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 10, 2012 at Krueger Family Funeral Home. Rev. Dr. Gary Uttech will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of services at 1:00 p.m.
