Elizabeth Albrecht

Elizabeth "Betty" J. Albrecht, age 75, of Pine Shore Lane, Tomahawk, passed away on Wednesday, July 25, 2007, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. She was born August 11, 1931 in Catawba, WI to the late Henry and Petranilla Kempen. She was later married to Frank D. Albrecht on November 29, 1952 in Catawba; he survives. Betty and Frank moved to Tomahawk in 1992 from Mukwanago, WI. She lived much of her married life in the Milwaukee area. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Tomahawk. She enjoyed painting, collectible dolls, shopping, farm stories, pontoon rides and especially, spending time with her family. Survivors include her Husband, Frank D. Albrecht of Tomahawk, 1 Daughter, Mary E. (David) Kowalski of Wausau, WI, 3 Sons, Larry D. (Mary Beth) Albrecht of Cudahy, WI, Jeff R. (Linda) Albrecht of Menomonee Falls, WI, Jim B. Albrecht of Brookfield, WI, 2 Sisters, Rita (Edward) Volkman of West Allis, WI, and Marie Nerison of Phillips, WI, 8 Grandchildren, Kelly (Cory) Lovejoy, Brian Kowalski, Lauren (Ross) Sances, Andrea Kowalski, Jamie Albrecht, Becca Albrecht, Stephanie Albrecht and Andy Albrecht, and 3 Great Grandchildren, Broedy, Logan, and Sierra. Betty was preceded in death by her Parents, 3 Brothers & 3 Sisters. Mass of Christian Burial for Elizabeth "Betty" Albrecht will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2007 at 11 AM from St. Mary's Catholic Church in Tomahawk. Rev. John Anderson will officiate with interment at Calvary Cemetery in Tomahawk. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 9 AM until the hour of Mass at 11.
