Frank Malbone

Frank Malbone, Jr., age 66, 629 Southgate Drive, Tomahawk, died Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at his residence. Frank was born January 30, 1947 in Virginia, the son of Frank Sr. and Marjorie (Baier) Malbone. He was formerly married to JoAnn Egelkrout. Frank moved to the Tomahawk area in 1982. He formerly owned and operated Frank's Repair Service and Mid Town Mobil, and later worked for GK&H Trucking and Scaffidi Truck Center, all in Tomahawk. Frank enjoyed the races at Tomahawk Speedway, and was a Dale Earnhardt fan. Survivors include: mother, Marjorie Dockery, Virginia Beach, Virginia, daughters, Regina Malbone, Wausau, Francine Malbone, Wausau, son, Matthew (Meredith) Malbone, Virginia Beach, Virginia, sisters, Dawn (Tony) Crigger, Norfolk, Virginia, Debbie Rice, Virginia Beach, Virginia, brother, Ronald (Vikki) Malbone, Indianapolis, Indiana. Frank is further survived by five grandchildren, Arianna, Lily, Talon, Slade, and Madisyn. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Sr., and a brother, George. A Mass of Christian Burial for Frank Malbone, Jr. will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Tomahawk. Fr. John Anderson will officiate. The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of Mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow Mass at Calvary Cemetery in Tomahawk.
