Frank E. Milbauer, 72, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Golden Living-Golden Age Nursing Home in Tomahawk.
Frank was born on June 27, 1942 in Port Washington, Wisconsin to Cyril and Meta (Schubert) Milbauer. He enlisted in the United States Navy at the age of 17 and proudly served our country in Viet Nam and around the world for 28 years. He retired as Chief Petty Officer. He lived in Prescott Valley, Arizona until he moved to Rhinelander and Tomahawk to be closer to family.
Frank is survived by: 3 sons, David Milbauer, Danny Milbauer, both of Arizona, Andy Majewsky, a West Point graduate and currently serving in the US Army in Colorado; siblings, Mary (Dick) Bartelt, Tomahawk, Eugene (Nancy) Milbauer, Grafton, WI, Barbara (Rich) Henn, Fuquay, NC. Frank is further survived by one granddaughter.
In accordance with Frank's wishes his cremains with be scattered at sea by the United States Navy. There will be no local services.
