Frederick Uebele

Frederick C. Uebele, age 70, N10216 S. Pine Road, Tomahawk, passed away March 4, 2009 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. Fred was born November 1, 1938 in Hartford, the son of Frederick S. and Irma (Mittelstadt) Uebele. He married Gail Michel on December 28, 1963 in West Allis. Fred was a Physical Education teacher with the Greendale School District for 29 years. He and Gail moved from Palmyra to Tomahawk in August 1999. He enjoyed golfing, spending time on his boat, and his family - especially his grandchildren. Fred was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, and a member of the United Methodist Church in Tomahawk, where he was a member of the church choir. Survivors include: Wife Gail Uebele Tomahawk Daughter Megan (Mark) Watts Whitewater Son Cory Uebele Palmyra 2 sisters Dorothea Frank Mount Angel, Oregon Jeanne (Everett) Nass Wolcottville, Indiana Fred is further survived by 4 grandchildren - Scott, Jayde, Ethan, and Jackson. A Memorial Service for Frederick Uebele will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2009 from the United Methodist Church in Tomahawk. Rev. Allen Christensen will officiate. The family will receive friends at the church Saturday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of services at 11:00 a.m.
