Gene Johnson

Gene D. Johnson, age 64, W6789 Kahn Rd., Tomahawk, died unexpectedly Thursday, August 25, 2011 at Ministry Sacred Heart Hospital, E.R. in Tomahawk. Gene was born November 8, 1946 in Joliet, Illinois, the son of Leonard G. and Clara (Lange) Johnson. He vacationed in the Tomahawk area since he was 16 years old, and became a permanent resident in 2001. Gene was a collector and enjoyed antiques. He loved animals, and was a kind-hearted person with many friends. Survivors include: Brother Len (Barb) Johnson Homer Glen, Illinois Gene is further survived by many relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. A Private Family Service for Gene Johnson will be held at a later date.
