George Benjamin Peterson

George Benjamin Peterson, age 37 of Lac du Flambeau, WI died on June 6, 2018 in Lac du Flambeau, WI. George was born on January 20, 1981 in Woodruff, WI the son of David J. and Sandra Lee (nee Poupart) Peterson Sr.
George was active in spearing, hunting, and harvesting wild rice.
He is survived by his children; Nathan Kristopher Peterson, Aiden Jacob Peterson and Trevor Ryan Philemon and by his Parents; David and Sandra Peterson and by siblings; David John Peterson Jr., James Lee Peterson, Jared Benjamin Poupart and Yolanda Marie Poupart and by many family members, too many to list. George was preceded in death by his Grandparents; Benjamin and Carole Poupart and George Luke and Blanche Ann Peterson.
Traditional Native American Services will be held at the Lac du Flambeau Multi-Purpose Building and will start on Friday, June 8th at 4:00PM and continue until Saturday, June 9th with burial at Memorial Cemetery in Lac du Flambeau, WI.
