Harold H. Salacinski, 77, 227 E. Wisconsin Ave., Tomahawk, passed away March 17, 2008 at his residence.
Harold was born July 28, 1930 in Chicago, the son of John and Victoria Salacinski. He married Mavis Daoust on June 27, 1953 in Tomahawk. Harold was formerly employed with Tomahawk Boat Factory, Brillion Foundry in Brillion, Murray's Foundry in Wausau, and lastly with Owens-Illinois in Tomahawk, where he worked for 25 years until his retirement in 1994. He enjoyed reading, playing cards, music, and especially enjoyed his family. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Tomahawk.

Harold is further survived by 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother, 1 sister, 1 son-in-law - Tony, and 1 great grandson.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Harold Salacinski will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 from St. Mary Catholic Church in Tomahawk. Fr. John Anderson will officiate. The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until the hour of Mass at 4:00 p.m. Burial will take place in the spring at Calvary Cemetery in Tomahawk.
