Harold A. Sparks, age 87, 9401 Old Sauk Road, Middleton, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2007 at University Hospital in Madison.
Harold was born October 26, 1919 in the Town of Cassian to Herbert and Ida (nee Bjorgan) Sparks. He married Mary Kay Stock on June 15, 1946 in Rhinelander. He owned and operated Sparks T.V. in Wausau for 40 years. Harold was a U.S. Army Air Corp. veteran, serving in the Signal Corps during WWII. He was a graduate of Tomahawk High School and had been an elder at First Presbyterian Church in Wausau for many years. Harold and Mary Kay enjoyed family vacations in Canada and traveling together.

Harold is further survived by 4 grandchildren, Hiedi (Dan Walsh) Monk, Katie Monk, Ross and Andrea Larimer.
A Graveside Service for Harold Sparks was held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 12, 2007 at Prairie Rapids Cemetery in the Town of Nokomis. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Madison. The family would appreciate memorials to Tomahawk High School.
