Jacob "Jake" D. Krembs

Jacob D. "Jake" Krembs, age 36 of Wausau, formerly of Manitowish Waters, died July 9th at University Hospital in Madison. He passed from this life in the arms of his loving family.
Jake was born October 27, 1978, at Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff. He attended North Lakeland Elementary School, Lakeland Union High School, and Stout University.
Jake is survived by his parents, David and Dorothy Krembs and his Sisters; Sarah and Sephie Krembs all of Manitowish Waters. His grandmother Virginia Sikorski, lives in Stevens Point.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents David and Alice Krembs, and his grandfather, Henry Sikorski.
Jake most enjoyed spending time with his friends, playing games with them, cooking and fencing.
At 6'6" Jake, with his tender heart, was known as the "gentle giant" by his friends.
Visitation will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church in Woodruff from 9:30 to 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 15th with a Memorial Mass at 11:00 AM. Lunch will be served at Nimsgern Funeral Home Reception Hall from 12:00 Noon till 1:30 PM.
