JACQUELINE RUSH
Jacqueline Lynn Rush, 83, Phillips, died at the House of the Dove in Marshfield, WI, on Wednesday, October 8, 2014. She was born in Chicago, Illinois, on November 29, 1930. She was a 1948 graduate of the Tomahawk High School. She was married to Lawrence Rush in Bessemer, Michigan, on July 9, 1949. They lived in Antigo until 1953 when they moved to Phillips. They operated the Deluxe Bakery in Phillips until the time of their retirement in 1984. She was a member of the United Methodist church of Phillips, and was active as a volunteer at Pleasant View Nursing Home in Phillips. In her free time she enjoyed camping and fishing with her family.
She is survived by five sons, Larry (Patricia), Port Charlotte, FL, James, Racine, Joseph (Mildred), Kenosha, Paul, Appleton, and Walter (Kathy), Menasha; and by two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence, on May 9, 1997; and is also preceded in death by her mother and step-father, Helen in Ward Fucher
Memorial services will be held at the United Methodist Church in Phillips at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 16, with Pastor Loretta Waughtal officiating. Friends may call at the United Methodist Church in Phillips on Thursday, October 16, from 5:00 P.M. until the time of services. Inurnment will be in the Lakeside Cemetery in Phillips.
