Janice L. Morren, age 73, passed away Thursday, December 13, 2007, at Sacred Heart Hospital in Tomahawk.
Jan was born on April 16, 1934 in Quincy, Massachusetts to the late Leo and Anne Myatt. Jan was a veteran of the United States Navy. She met and married Lawrence "Louie" Morren on May 10, 1953 while being stationed in Long Beach, California. She lived in the Tomahawk area since 1954. She had been employed by Owens-Illinois for 15 years. Jan loved to sing, she enjoyed baking, traveling and the winter getaways to Myrtle Beach. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Jan is further survived by 15 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Daniel "Chopper" Morren, a brother, Richard and Sister, Marilyn.
Funeral Services for Jan Morren will be held on Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Mary's Catholic Church. Rev. Edward F. Powell will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in the spring. The family will receive friends at the church Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of mass at 11.
