Jean Erickson

Jean Erickson, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2015, at the Aspirus Hospice House in Wausau, at the age of 80. Jean was born on February 21, 1934 in Marshfield, WI to Ervin & Sarah (Adams) Rutter. She was married to James H. Erickson on March 27, 1954 in Tomahawk. He precedes her in death. For over 25 years, Jean was a waitress and a friendly face at LaNou's Restraunt. She also was a helping hand on the family farm. Jean enjoyed bowling, casinos and being outdoors, especially on the farm enjoying the gladiolus and lilacs. Jean is survived by Children; Dennis (Geri) Erickson of Wausau James (Chae) Erickson of Tomahawk Tammy (Andy) Goehe of Tomahawk Connie Zehner of Tomahawk Siblings; Gerald (JoAnn) Rutter of Missouri Michael (Linda) Rutter of Hampshire, IL Susie (Dennis) Ramthun of Tomahawk Shirley (Ed) Sadowski of Tuscola, IL She if further survived by 8 grandchildren. Jean is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jim; son, Gary; daughter, Pam; and her brother, Earl. The Funeral Service for Jean Erickson will take place privately at Krueger Family Funeral Home. Larry Mathein will officiate. Burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery in the spring.
