Jeanette Hoglund, age 88, of Tomahawk, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at Copper Leaf Assisted Living in Marathon under the care of Aspirus Home Hospice.
Jeanette was born on March 20, 1927 in Columbus Georgia to Rube & Ioma (DeLoit) Cullifer. She married Werner Richard Hoglund Sr. on July 7, 1944 in Portsmouth, Virginia. He preceded her in death on June 14, 2009. Jeanette was a faithful member of Grace Lutheran Church, in Tomahawk. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society, Women's Auxiliary and was a past president for the Tomahawk Women's Civic Club. Jeanette loved the outdoors, camping and traveling with her husband, swimming and pontooning and was also an avid golfer.

She is further survived by 5 grandchildren, Terri (Hoglund) Prior, Chris Hoglund, Patti (Johnson) Geiger, Charles Kuhnmuench IV and Andrew Kuhnmuench; and 6 great grandchildren.
Jeanette is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Werner and daughter, Sharon.
The Funeral Service for Jeanette Hoglund will take place at 11:00AM on Monday, September 28, 2015 at Grace Lutheran Church in Tomahawk. Visitation will take place from 4:00PM until 7:00PM on Sunday, September 27, 2015 at Krueger Family Funeral Home. Visitation will continue on Monday from 10:00AM until the time of service at 11:00AM. Burial will follow the service at Greenwood Cemetery. The family would appreciate memorials to Grace Lutheran Church
