Jeffrey Bernard

Jeffrey D. Bernard, age 28, Lombard, Illinois, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 5, 2011. Jeff was born February 26, 1983 in Elgin, Illinois, the son of Jeff and Theresa (Chaples) Bernard. He lived in Lombard all of his life, and loved fishing. Survivors include: Sisters Jeanelle Reeves Nashville, Tennessee Michelle Reeves Hoffman Estates, Illinois Grandmother Dolores (Dick) Chaples Tomahawk Step Father George Reeves Glendale Heights, Illinois Aunt Dawn (Mike) Milazzo Tomahawk Uncle Rick Chaples Woodstock, Illinois Jeff was preceded in death by his mother, and a brother - Johnny. In accordance with Jeff's wishes, no services will be held.
