Jeffrey Paice

Jeffrey R. Paice, age 53, 625 E. Park Ave., Tomahawk, died unexpectedly Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at his residence. Jeff was born June 26, 1959 in Arlington Heights, Illinois, the son of Robert and Joanne (Niemec) Paice. He was raised in Illinois, and also spent time living in Las Vegas, Florida, and Missouri. Jeff grew up vacationing in Tomahawk, and recently moved here permanently. He had a special bond with his grandchildren, and loved spending time with them. He enjoyed boating, fishing, and collecting cars. Jeff was full of life and laughter, and knew how to make you smile and brighten your day. Survivors include: Parents Joanne Paice Algonquin, Illinois Robert (Yvonne) Paice Texas Former wife Kelly Sweeting Wonder Lake, Illinois Daughter Deanna Paice Wonder Lake, Illinois Son Skye Paice Wonder Lake, Illinois Brother Doug Paice Lake Geneva Sister-in-law Sheri Paice Algonquin, Illinois Sisters Karen (Mike) Raterink Sarasota, Florida Colleen (Patrick) McGovern Chicago, Illinois Step-sister Shannon (fiancé Rob Salmon) Paice Barrington, Illinois Aunts Jean (Marty) Kaperelli, Chris (Andy) Kaplanek, Mary Lou Bishop, Carol (Vince) Baptista, Barbara (Rich) Loeding, Cindy Paice Uncles Lester (Ruby) Paice and Johnny Paice Jeff is further survived by his grandchildren - William Denecke and Trinity Paice, and niece Taylor Paice, Algonquin, IL. He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Bruno & Lottie Niemec and paternal grandparents Lester & Eva Paice, and uncle Edward Paice. Memorials are appreciated to the family. A Memorial Service for Jeff Paice will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday August 25, 2012 at Justen Funeral Home in Wonder Lake, Illinois. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at 12:00 noon.
