Jeralyn Smith

Jeralyn "Jeri" Smith, age 84, of Tomahawk, passed away peacefully, Friday, October 11, 2013 at Country Terrace in Rhinelander. Jeri was born on October 1, 1929 in Mason, Michigan to Lester and Nevah (Canfield) Washburn. She was married to Robert R. Smith on May 14, 1949 in Hartland, Wisconsin. She enjoyed golfing, bowling, playing cards, word search, latch hook and gardening. Jeri was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. Survivors include: Husband, Robert Smith Tomahawk 1 Son: Gregory (Linda) Smith Cancun, Mexico 1 Daughter: Cheryl (Jack) Evans Tomahawk Jeri is further survived by 3 Grandchildren: Jessica (Nathan) Dahl, Jeremy (Betty) Smith and Rebekah (Brian) Lueb and 7 Great-Grandchildren. A Memorial Service for Jeralyn "Jeri" Smith will take place at the Krueger Family Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at 3:30 p.m. Rev. Mark Ziemer will officiate. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday afternoon from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services at 3:30. Memorials are appreciated to Ministry Home Care and Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association.
