John Byers

John Byers, age 43, 1007 Timm St. #5, Tomahawk, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2012 at his residence. John was born September 5, 1968 in Michigan, the son of Cliff and Shirley Byers. He came to the Tomahawk area in 1998, and was employed with and loved his co-workers at Lincoln Industries. He enjoyed walking and making model airplanes and cars. He was a firm believer in Native American traditions, including "following his spirit". He was a caring and loving person, and was proud to be able to live independently. Survivors include his Our Way and Lincoln Industries families. A Memorial Service for John Byers will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at Krueger Family Funeral Home in Tomahawk. Pastor Larry Mathein will officiate. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of services at 11:00 a.m.
