Judd A. Sircy, 39 of Lac du Flambeau, WI and formerly of Minocqua, WI and Lindenhurst, IL joined the Lord Saturday, April 11, 2015 due to natural causes. Born July 26th, 1975, in Lake Forest, IL, Judd was the first of four children born to Joe Sircy and Marian (Mimi) Miklautsch. Raised in Libertyville, IL he attended Rondout school and Libertyville high school. Judd worked for Miklautsch Construction before enlisting in the Marine Corp in 1995. After being discharged, he joined Union 281 in Chicago as a Pipefitter for US Fire Protection and then was a foreman at NOVA Fire Protection. After relocating to Minocqua, WI in 2011, Judd worked for Maplestone and Company, Olson’s Ultimate Caretaking as well as Holy Family Catholic Church. Judd loved his two children, Patrick (8) and Kate Sircy (6) without bounds. Spending time with them, watching them grow and enjoying the little things brought joy to his life. Watching sports, catching snakes, fishing, coloring pictures among other activities filled his time together with them. Judd’s interests included fishing, hunting, maintaining memberships in Ducks Unlimited and National Rifle Association as well as cheering on the Chicago Bears, Cubs, Blackhawks and the Wisconsin Badgers. Judd was preceded in death by his step-father Tom Miklautsch; Grandparents H.E., Patricia Sircy, Parker, Dana Riddel; Uncle Justin Sircy and his beloved four legged companion Hercules. Judd is survived by his son, Patrick and daughter Kate Sircy; father Joe Sircy; mother Mimi Miklautsch; siblings Kendra (Eric) Stone, Khyl (Ryan) Berndt, and Jacob Sircy; a niece (Ramsey) nephew (Reed) Berndt; two step-sisters Roxanne (Cliff) Canovi, Rhonda (John) Nagy; several loving uncles, aunts and cousins; girlfriend Marla Eades; lifelong friends Dan Tierney and Ben Richards along with many other family and friends.
Visitation will be from 12-2 p.m. with a prayer service following Saturday, April 18th at Nimsgern Funeral Home in Woodruff, WI 54568.
In lieu of flowers, an Educational Memorial Fund for Patrick and Kate Sircy has been established at Nicolet National Bank P.O. Box 54 Minocqua, WI .
