Judith Neumann, 63, of Phillips passed away surrounded by her loved ones on Friday, June 21, 2024. She was born in Fallon, Nevada on November 23, 1960 to Eldon and Virginia DeGarmo.
Judy along with her family moved to Ogema in 1971. She quickly made friends and was voted the Christmas Tree Queen in 1977. After graduating from Prentice High School in 1979, she married Tony Wiggins. Judy enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. In her spare time she liked to make jewelry and do bead work. Judy loved to share her enjoyment of cooking with everyone. She especially loved to make wedding cakes for family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Andrea (Eleisha); son, Anthony JR.; grandchildren, Anastasia, Brennan, Kailia, Dominic, Skyler, and Winnie; sisters, Ann (Duane) Carlson, Michelle (Doug) Pfau, Claudette DeGarmo, and Jennifer (Bernie) Kraimer; brother, Mark (Delisa) DeGarmo; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Wiggins; her parents; and one sister, Rebecca West
There will be a Memorial Service at 12 p.m. on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at Heindl-Nimsgern Funeral Home, 284 Chestnut Avenue, Phillips, WI, 54555. Fellowship to follow. Heindl-Nimsern Funeral Home is assisting the family.
