Judith "Judie" Timmons, age 61, of Tomahawk, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2007 at St. Mary's Hospital in Rhinelander, Wisconsin.
She was born on May 4, 1946 in Milwaukee to the late Carl and Veronica Brown. She married John P. Timmons on August 18, 1985. Judie spent her early years in Illinois and worked for many years as a meat wrapper in the grocery business. She moved to Tomahawk in 1988 and operated Timmons Cottages with her husband. She also worked in the meat department at Tomahawk Foods for 6 years. Judie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Judie is survived by her husband, John. 1 Daughter, Tracy (Doug) Wells, Plano, IL. 2 Sons, David (Dawn) Hatcher, Plano, IL and Michael Hatcher, Big Rock, IL. Step Daughter, LeAnn (Joe) Thorgeson, Elburn, IL. 2 Step Sons, Bradley (Debbie) Timmons, Tomahawk and Christopher (Wanda) Timmons, Sugar Grove, IL. Judie is further survived by 13 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Veronica Brown, a brother, Richard Brown, Sr. and a grandson, Jonathon Hatcher.
A visitation for Judie will be held on Friday, Dec. 14, 2007 at the Krueger & Sons Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
