Judy DuPont Teal, age 80, of Tomahawk, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly December 17, 2020 at home in Tomahawk.
Judy was born on September 1, 1940 in Tomahawk to John & June (Christensen) DuPont. She worked as a registered nurse, most of those years at Golden Age Nursing Home. She loved gardening and watching birds. Judy was a devoted member of Northland Bible Church and a volunteer with the Kinship program. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Judy is survived by two children – M. Rhett Teal of Tomahawk and Stephanie Teal of Madison; three grandchildren – Maya Mendoza, Erin Evans & Isaac Evans; and two sisters – Sally (Cliff) Sicklinger of Tomahawk & Melanie (Gary) Fralick of Rhinelander. She is preceded in death by her parents, infant son – Adam; brothers – John (Jack) & Fredrick and sister – Vera (Joan or Baber) Nelson.
A Celebration of Life for Judy Teal will take place in the spring. A public graveside service will take place in Greenwood Cemetery, Monday at 11:00 a.m. All are welcome.
