LAIRD MINSKE

Laird Minske, 76, Brantwood, formerly of Eagle, WI, died at his home on Friday, November 28, 2014, while under the care of his family and Hope Hospice and Palliative Care. He was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on December 15, 1937. He served his country in the United States Air Force. He was married to Linda Holleyman in Dallas, Texas, on December 15, 1962. He was a 30 year employee by Briggs and Stratton Company of Milwaukee. Following his retirement he worked for 7 years for Waukesha Auto Paint and Supply. In his free time he enjoyed repairing electronics and cars, and spending time with computers.
He is survived by his wife, Linda; by two daughters, Landra (Martin Kowalewski) Denruiter, Brantwood, and Lorrie Woesner, Palmyra, WI; by 7 grandchildren; by one brother, Donald (Nancy Peterson) Minske, Milwaukee, WI; and by one sister, Geraldine Offord, Rice Lake, WI. He is preceded in death by four brothers, Jimmy Forehand, Earl Minske, Ronald Minske, and Robert Minske.
Cremation has taken place, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
