Lloyd W. Dretzka, age 83, 9991 Rocky Run Road, Harshaw, passed away July 28, 2009 at his residence under home hospice care.
Lloyd was born April 29, 1927 in Milwaukee, the son of Robert and Mabel (Shephard) Dretzka. He married Rosemarie Piszczek on July 30, 1949 in St. Francis. He served in the United States Army During World War II. Lloyd was a pig farmer with his father, and worked as a plasterer and operating engineer for many years, retiring in 1989. He and Rosemarie moved to Harshaw from Oak Creek in 1989. Lloyd delivered Meals on Wheels, and was a member of the American Legion in Tomahawk. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening.

Lloyd is further survived by 4 great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Lloyd Dretzka will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 from St. Mary Catholic Church in Tomahawk. The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday from 12:00 noon until the hour of Mass at 2:00 p.m. Burial with MIlitary Rites will be at Union Grove Cemetery in the Town of Cassian.
