Lloyd Wilson Hadden

May 19, 1946 — March 1, 2020

LLOYD HADDEN
Lloyd Wilson Hadden was born May 19, 1946, to Amzi and Nina Hadden in Ladysmith, WI. He attended school in Tony, WI, graduating with honors from Flambeau High School 1964. He then attended WSU Eau Claire where he earned a Bachelor Degree in German. He married Delores “Dolly” Norlin on August 23, 1969.
They made their home in Ogema where they owned and operated the Hadden Insurance Agency. He was a member of Ogema Baptist Church and the Ogema Lions Club. Lloyd was a hard worker who relished difficult challenges, and found joy in helping others solve problems. He loved to hunt, bagging many deer and even a couple caribou. He took family and friends to Canada fishing each year. He enjoyed traveling, too, taking the family on many trips. In later years, he and Dolly enjoyed trips to Alaska, Mexico, Hawaii, and Thailand. Most of all, he liked auto mechanics. He repaired cars and motors for many family and friends.
After a long struggle with dementia, Lloyd passed from earth to heaven March 1, 2020, at Clark County Living and Rehab Center, Owen, WI. He is survived by his wife Dolly, three children, Donald (Anita) Hadden, Kaarin (Nathan) Lind, and Daniel Hadden; ten grandchildren also survive, Kinsey Regehr-Hadden, Avdyn, Avery, and Kadyn Hadden, and Karl, Anja, Kajsa, Aarik, Joren, and Aksel Lind. He is also survived by two sisters, Donna (Steve) Pestel, and Eileen Niedfeldt; by numerous other relatives and many friends. He is pre-deceased by his parents, one sister, and one brother.
