Lois Schier

 Lois Dorene Vanderhoof Schier, 89, Harshaw WI. died Tuesday November 19th, 2024, at the Rib Lake, WI Nursing Home.

 Lois was born on November 30th, 1934, to David and Lenore (Ayer) Vanderhoof of Spencer WI. Lois has one sister Gloria Dahl. Lois graduated from the Spencer High School in 1952.

 Lois married Victor Schier on October 10th, 1953, in Spencer WI. They lived in various locations until making their home in Granton, WI in 1961. In 1983 they moved to Harshaw, WI.

 She enjoyed the outdoors, hiking, hunting, and fishing. She was also an artist, avid reader, and an animal lover. Lois and Vic travelled extensively throughout the US on their vacations. 

 Lois has two children, David Schier of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, and Jon (Jaime) Schier of Catawba, WI. Three grandchildren, three great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and daughter in law, Diane.
