LORRAINE DAHLGREN
Lorraine Margaret Dahlgren, 86, Phillips, died at Minnow Lake Adult Family Home in the Town of Elk while under the care of Flambeau Home Health and Hospice on Thursday, May 28, 2015. She was born on March 5, 1929, in Morton, MN, the daughter of Frank and Lydia Steinhouse. She was married to Wallace Dahlgren on July 26, 1947, in Superior, Wisconsin. They celebrated 53 years of marriage. Wallace died on June 6, 2001. She attended the Lutheran Church in Duluth, MN. In her free time she enjoyed reading, working on crossword and jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by five children, Beverly (Dave) Kennett, Winnipeg, Canada, Carol (Barry) Jackson, Prentice, James (Fay) Dahlgren, Madison, WI, Richard Dahlgren, Prentice, and Ronald Dahlgren, Phillips; by 14 grandchildren, and by 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace; by six brothers, and by six sisters.
